3 Brindley Place is a striking, iconic building which provides exceptional headquarters style offices with an impressive staffed atrium reception, ample lifts and secure basement parking.
The office space comes with air conditioning, raised floors and high ceilings.
As part of the refurbishment, we worked with HK Architects and provided our Alpine 48 in solid bronze to decorate the 4 wall pillars in the manned reception area.
Situated in central Birmingham, 3 Brindley Place was constructed as part of a high profile 90’s development that provided a new commercial precinct in the city. The building needed a renewal to reflect the current market demand.
