Two Waterside Drive’s Renovation
The client sought to create a premium CAT A fit-out that would elevate the property’s appeal to prospective tenants. A key requirement was to emphasise the importance of creating an open, light-filled workspace to promote employee well-being and productivity.
The existing office and kitchen spaces were stripped out to make way for a CAT A renovation. New mechanical and electrical services were installed to modernise the infrastructure. A statement double glass door was installed at the entrance, leading into a reception area featuring premium chevron flooring.
To create a sense of height and openness, we worked closely with the teams at Proform Interiors and Blue Jelly to specify our AC100 ceiling system in black, using expanded metal mesh tiles.

Consistent lighting was installed throughout the workspace to ensure optimal illumination. Feature lighting was strategically placed in the reception area to enhance its visual appeal. The landscaped outdoor seating area became a focal point, providing an inviting space for community building and socialising, while also serving as a visually appealing selling point for the property.
