A private client has moved from its small office space to a large 30,000 sq ft location in London as a result of their recent expansion as a trading firm.
By designing a facility large enough to accommodate new talent and incorporating a flexible and people-centric workspace, they hoped to future-proof the office and set the tone for their office designs around the globe.
Oktra, who was in charge of the design, were appointed by our client. The trading company had an idea for a ground breaking office area that would communicate and promote its brand and ethos while drawing in young, innovative people to the financial and technology industries.

The layout comprised a cutting-edge, open-plan office with working hubs, sizable breakout spaces, a coffee station, a recreation area, and a trading floor. The design used orange and royal blue extensively throughout the space, as well as other strong, vibrant colours. This colour scheme produced a warm and distinctive appearance that was simple to identify.
Design experts Oktra asked us to come up with a solution for the ceiling area in the canteen. Our client desired a bright, modern, and eye-catching ceiling that would complement their branding and identity. Our AC500 series was the ideal choice for this job. The bespoke cloud rafts were powder coated in Royal Blue and our Zircon RB35 expanded mesh tiles were fitted to the frame.
