Orega, a pioneer in innovative flexible workspaces, identified a burgeoning demand for premium private workspaces in Manchester’s city centre.
The Tootal Buildings, located in the Knowledge Corridor, presented a unique opportunity for Orega to create a dynamic and modern office environment specifically tailored to the growing need for sub-5,000 sq ft spaces.
Orega Tootal’s Design Challenge
The existing building required a substantial design overhaul to meet contemporary expectations for flexible workspace users. The challenge was to efficiently utilise space to accommodate the demand for sub-5,000 sq ft workspaces while also incorporating collaborative and private zones seamlessly.
To help address these challenges, our AC500 Ceiling System was selected, based on its aesthetic appeal, climate control capabilities, and sustainable features.
Adding the AC500 Ceiling System
The goal was to not only meet the functional requirements of the workspace but also to create an environment that resonates with Orega’s commitment to high-spec design.
The AC500 Ceiling System features our Milan 2525 Decorative Welded Mesh in coral not only added vibrancy to the workspace but also contributed to a visually appealing and modern environment. The advanced ventilation and air circulation properties of the AC500 system played a pivotal role in creating a comfortable and productive working environment. Moreover, the eco-friendly materials used in the system aligned seamlessly with Orega’s dedication to sustainability.
