Vietnamese restaurant, Delicious Pho, opens its first UK restaurant.
Located just a stone’s throw away from Spitalfields market, this Vietnamese-inspired restaurant opened its doors at the start of the new Lunar Year.
Occupying the old Byron Site, the new restaurant seats 134 people and offers both eat-in and takeaway options. Founded by Chau Tran, the menu centres around authentic Pho, which is a homemade broth with flavours that develop over 12 hours.
Kriskadecor, earth’s design
Since opening her first restaurant in 2003, Chau has gained a strong reputation throughout Canada and is known for her delicious authentic Vietnamese food. With 12 restaurants to her name, now seems like the perfect time to take her success overseas. With the restaurant focusing on healthy, protein-packed options featuring chicken, beef, and tofu, these nutritious meals are likely to be popular amongst city goers.
Working alongside design company Fnshd, we were asked to specify a robust mesh that could be used throughout the premises. Our Milan mesh was chosen and used for the ceiling rafts, wall panels, floor standing dividers, wall poster panels and the bar gantries.
Our mesh was powder coated in RAL1023-Yellow to coincide with the branding and give vibrant feel to the restaurant. We had the pleasure of working on the full design and manufacturing of all the metalwork for this project.
