1 Cavendish Place is a stunning office building located in the heart of the West End.
This property features a traditional masonry set over eight floors with retail accommodation on the basement and ground floors and office spaces above.
Working alongside Defined Interiors we helped with the refurbishment of the 5th floor by commissioning a ceiling that would add character to the room and create an eye-catching feature.
Our AC300 concealed grid ceiling system was specified with expanded mesh tiles in Zircon RB25 at 1 Cavendish Place.
These were powder coated in RAL9010 white to give a crisp finish.
The ceiling panels came with pre-cut slots ready for the lighting and services to be installed on-site by the subcontractor Mr Gates. The AC300 ceiling system was specified because of the expanded mesh tiles having the ability to be fully demountable for access to services above.
